As countries across Europe and beyond prepare for more lockdown measures, it’s important that we prime ourselves mentally and physically for what looks like being a long winter ahead.

FINAL THOUGHT

 

Life will always through challenges at us. This year those challenges are just especially evident and widespread. But, to paraphrase Hunter S. Thompson, we do get to decide whether we allow ourselves to be tossed around by the cruel waves, or instead focus on swimming in a direction of our own choosing. 

 

To swim, or to sink? To be, or not to be?
