Real, sustainable & meaningful change starts when we tune in to our emotions in certain scenarios. The positive and negative extremes shine light on our values and passions. 

 

Personally, or in business, it requires time, space, and observation to unearth what we really care about. 

 

But once we identify it, and set our minds on working towards it, life can feel more fulfilling and like we’re swimming with the tide, rather than struggling against it.
