Marvelling at the exceptional Apple Leather Vegan Wallet from Oliver Co.
Apple Leather is a new, natural, more ethical and sustainable alternative to leather.
When I received my black Compact Vegan Wallet, crafted from Apple Leather from Oliver Co. I honestly couldn’t believe both the high quality of material and the design.
I’ve always been a fussy wallet shopper.
I demand something so slim and compact that it’s barely noticeable when slotted into my jeans front pocket. Yet, I also want plenty of slots and pouches for all of my cards, a little cash, photos and receipts.
And naturally, I want it to look stylish, and suitable for the middle-aged professional man I am.
In my whole life I’ve probably found one wallet that matched that brief exactly – and I lost that a long time ago.
Add to that the fact that, as a vegan, I naturally refuse to consider leather wallets as an option and you can understand that I had all but given up hope, and had become accustomed to carrying cards and cash around loose in my pocket most of the time.
So, imagine my delight when I came across the Apple Leather Vegan Wallet range from Oliver Co.

I received my Compact Wallet in the post and was immediately impressed with the premium presentation as I opened the gift box and removed it from the soft tissue paper. “This would make a fantastic gift”, I thought.
And then my fingers touched the soft apple leather and I immediately knew I’d found my new wallet for years to come.
As I opened up the fold I found all of the card slots and note pockets (9 in total), nooks and crannies I had been looking for. And even after eagerly slotting in six of my most commonly-used cards, it remained slim, compact and practically invisible in my jeans front pocket.
I’m really impressed by what founder Matt Oliver is doing at Oliver Co. and can’t wait to see the range expand and develop over time.
